Pointed out mountaineer Sirbaz Khan sets eyes on Gashebrum-I – These Tv set

Renowned mountaineer Sirbaz Khan, who hails from Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, has established off on an expedition to scale Gashebrum-I at 8,080 metres (26,510 ft).

The pointed out climber is eyeing his 12th 8-thousander as he has earlier scaled 11 out of 14 peaks higher than 8000 meters in the entire world.

He is the Pakistani to have climbed 11 of the 14 peaks higher than 8000 meters, including the world’s best peak, Mount Everest, and the 2nd highest peak K2.

In 2019, he grew to become the 1st Pakistani to summit Mount Lhotse, the world’s fourth-optimum mountain at 8,516m in Nepal, without having the use of supplementary oxygen.

Moreover, he summited the 8,125-metre-high Nanga Parbat in 2017, 8,611-metre-large K-2 in 2018 and Broad Peak, which has a height of 8,163 metres in 2019. Before this year, he climbed the 8,091-metre-substantial Anapurna mountain, 8,848-metre-higher Everest and 8,035-metre-high Gasherbrum II.

On four of these expeditions, he had been accompanied by late Muhammad Ali Sadpara.

Sirbaz is aiming to come to be the very first Pakistani to climb all 14 of the world’s highest peaks.
